Director James Smith founded Teddy James Mortgage Solutions in October 2022 with the idea of offering friendly, honest, fee free mortgage advice. His career started in the financial services in 2011 when he started working for Nationwide Building Society. There he specialised in personal banking taking on a number of roles at various locations throughout Sussex. In 2017 after a short spell as a mortgage advisor within an estate agent, he joined an independent mortgage brokers where he gained knowledge and experience within the mortgage industry.
